Alex is a showjumping rider based in Shropshire, United Kingdom. Having worked as a rider in various yards Alex set up her own business 'Elite Sport Horses' in 2008 with a team of 3 horses, including home produced Grade A mare Fantasie who was purchased as a 3 year old and went on to be placed at International level.
Alex has since developed the business and now has over 30 horses in her yard. The top horses for 2012 are Varadox who Alex has been working with since she was a just backed 4 year old and is now competing at 1.40m level, Averna a Grade A gelding and an extremely talented 7 year old, Brightwood Ursa Major, owned by the Brightwood Stud. 2008 also saw the start of a breeding programme and the first of the homebred horses has just been backed.
Alex and the team at Elite Sport Horses are extremely ambitious and have high hopes for the team of young horses that are being carefully produced to become our future top horses.
